- Enhance screening criteria to drive deal flow in value creating channels
- Identify adjacent markets with attractive economics (i.e., profitability and growth)

- Determine the strategic fit of potential acquisition targets
- Assist management in the evaluation and comparison of the long term value creation opportunities among a disparate number of acquisition candidates
- Assess potential synergies and other value drivers and the impact on valuation
- Develop an initial valuation and deal structure for each proposed acquisition
- Coordinate the due diligence process and services provided by third party consultants (e.g. attorneys, financial due diligence providers)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive negotiating strategy
